Our live guided meditations are designed to be simple, welcoming, and easy to follow. We’ll show you the secret to success. No experience needed. All experience levels of meditators are welcome. All you need to do is show up with an open mind and heart.


What to Expect

  • Preparation: We begin with a few minutes of breathwork to help you settle and shift into a more receptive state.
  • Meditation: A 10–15 minute guided practice with different focuses including presence, clarity, healing, and emotional support.
  • Integration: We close with a reflection question and optional discussion to help you carry the experience into your day.
